Have recently retained an attorney to assist in the third denial of ss and ssi.
Anyone have any experience with FMD as related to collecting ss and or ssi.

Anything of interest that you may have used in your plea......

Have you been off work for a year? What is the reasoning. I am thinking of trying for disability to because of the vascular disease and disc degeneration disease and arthritis. I thought the only way they could deny was you had to be off of work for a year which is ridiculous in it self? Let me know what you have tried. I have contacted a lawyer about this for some information I hope that she will be of some help to me. Keep me posted.
